Tuesday Morning Wednesday Evening

Standard issue at 6am with Collin, weather was very nice and cool after the heat we have been having and it clearly showed. We rode a loop I have not done in that way which made it slightly more entertaining which was great. I wanted more at the end of this ride but I had a long long day ahead of me that didn't let me hit the couch until 9:30.

EveryTrail - Find the best Hiking near Hartford, Connecticut Derek posted his normal weekly ride,turned out to be solid 8 riders deep. The pace was crazy fast, those guys did a great job plowing through the woods. Three of us managed to ride together in the back most the time as the front 5 disappearing for 10+ minutes at a time. Not sure what was going on up there that had them moving so quick cause nothing I could do could get me near them. I know we were holding them up probably and not sure if they cared but I just kept at it. Bentley was at my side from time to time, he had one heck of a few days of ball play at my parents and it showed especially at the end of the ride as he refused to run. As we got to Birch Mountain Rd. I did not want to hang on the road with Bentley while we waited for 4 people behind me so I rode over to Tinti. I must say that last 15 minutes or so of solitude to the car was by far the best part of the ride. I might stay away from group rides for a bit maybe even until the fall which is where they are mandatory unless you don't mind night riding alone. Rode the new trail at case, was good stuff I liked it.
