Guess who is scared!

ME!!!!!! Saw this horror at EMS and it made my heart sink. Really don't want to brake a frame, this was the last thing I wanted to see. My exact bike lying on the stand in death. I fear this kind of thing could be in my future, I am sometimes pretty brutal on my bikes and my Raleigh would gladly tell you since I am on frame number three. Hope for the best, fingers crossed. No riding yet, went on that 5 day ride whore since Sunday but busy schedule grounded me the last few days and it's ok.
