So good!

I finally got up to Pine! It was 28F in spots on my way up but when I got to Pine it was a comfy 35F. Felt pretty good as I headed for Pine Canyon for a classic loop. The Pine Canyon trail and forest was very little affected by the fire, it was hard to tell it was winter up there given all the greenery. Once I completed the loop I took the extra time and went onto highline, had the idea to try to dropdown trail to the control rd, that sucked bad, but gravel was nice and dh paved to the car felt like cheating after the last 3 hours, but yay for Pine!

Fuse ride

Took the fuse out for a ride, brakes were dragging bad, I might like the pedaling position more on my timberjack, I feel so slow on both but nice to mix it up on over ridden trails. Fuse is up for sale so it's ready to go.

Thank goodness summer is gone

I don't miss summer one bit, better have been my last one here!

Solitude

I forget how nice it is over on Gold Canyon. A nice morning and the place to myself, lots of great trails and all was great.

Pass Hike

Went on a nice stroll with the family on Pass mountain. We had limited daylight but it was great!

Lots of turkeys

Ebikers that is, solid ride in preparation to eat whatever I feel like later on, lot's of cooking for the little family of three.

Possibly my favortire term to use, ok dokes, maybe it would be better to be able to say I'm great but ok dokes will do.

Prickly Post

I have been missing the northern rides, but darkness and coldness has me from doing so. If I could ride later in the day I would do so but it takes a toll on family time etc.... So looking for something different, I ended up at picketpost. Ride was uneventful, super quiet, lots of catclaw ruining my long sleeves, lots of bloodshed on the legs. Arnett was so busy, but still worth it. Did not give me my fix but it is what it is.....
