Sat round 3

After the ride with the Brians, I had a bit to get back near the car, flying high and with time to spare back up Alpe I went for a 4x and then a nice DH to end the day with 30+ miles.

I met with the Brians and we got off to spinning, Brian is fast and was alot of fun trying to catchup, we talked a bit and rode a bit. I got my leg over it from stinger to scorpion and besides the 2.6" tires, I was very impressed.

Sat Round 1

Connected with a new friend for a demo ride on his vassago optimus. The price tag and builds are looking very good and I am contemplating it. Before I meet him at 8:30 I was pre riding, got one heck of a great sunset and the 3 alpes in.

Kiddo

Going strong on fridays, pushed him a little further and harder. Gettign warm, might be swerving ratlesnakes soon......

Golden Sauce

Forgot to make trips to GC the last few weeks so there I went. Was really nice once the sun hit me and enjoyed a great sunrise ride around the trails that I so abslutely adore. Love how quiet they are!

Afternoon AZ delight

Back in AZ, my mother in law was still around so after restocking, cooking, homeschool I went out for a nice afternoon ride. What a contrast for snow ride to desert ride, clouds were a great touch.

Web Hill Brother

Found some time for one last activity, this time my brother could join me and we went on a nice mellow walk along the river in Monroe, love these brother sessions!

SNOW FUN!!!

I reached out to Miles about trail conditions for regualr tires and he said trails were good and that was exciting. He followed that up with a ride invite which was even more exciting. I had a long drive 75 minutes up to Cowles, where I have never ridden. He let me borrow his fuse SS which I was right at home on, his had suspension but it was nice to have. We got started at 20F and the trail was narrow but lots of bike traffic. The trail was fine as long as you stayed in the center, and riding was actually very very good! We went up down and all around and I really enjoyed these trails, a little on the mellow side which was very welcomed for a snow ride at a new spot! Thanks Miles!

Laurel Lime Trot

A different spot with a better view just a bit south of rockhosue. I found some time and wiggled out a beauitful evening walk, run, hike, my goodness is it good to be outside, even if it's not on a bike, got these woods all to myself!

Ohhhh yessss!

Flew out for a lovely CT trip. Despite a redeye I was anxious as heck to get outside and did so after I spent some time with Mom and Dad. It was nice and cold and few inches of snow on the ground. I opted for Oxford since I like the trails that go up. Started by the river and as I started walking my excitement grew into a jog and eventually running on and off. Felt really really refreshing on my soul to be in CT. I was surprised how much running I did after not having done any in a year.
