Purdy
Rain came in friday, and snow for the high country, can't say it did much for the ride besides making the ground super slow rolling, nice ride, went for 5k again.
Nice Gray day
The storm is rolling in, brought some really nice clouds! Forgot what this desert looks like under a blanke of clouds and not a scorching blinding sun. Snakes are still sleeping so still enjoying Gold Canyon rides.
Bump in the night
All was going well in the dark until I clipped a rock on the crank...... Cracked the crank, oopsy, decided to roll the dice the rest of the ride and it held up! Ordered some new cranks as soon as I got home.
Disneyland in the desert
I hit the trail on the bike form first water trailhead, I didn't anticipate the amount of trails I could ride around that area but I enjoyed riding the mile or two to where I had to ditch the bike quite pleasant! I met the dudes and up we went! Absolute poopshow of people going up and down, glad I had good company so it was less annoying. First flat iron of the year, thanks for the invite Brant!
Scratching the itch
The plan was to meet with Brant at 6:30am so with time and ambition I went to hawes for a ride under that stars before the sun came up, worth it!
Kiddo meets the sisters
Mixed up the trails now I felt he was ready for a go down big sister. It went very smooth, still riding on the wild side and I cringe as he avoids multiple wipeouts, but I give it to him, he always saves it well, nice job Landon.
Tiger out for a ride
No trip up north for this week unfortunately, so I just kept on riding until I hit 5,000 ft
Beautiful kiddo ride
Our friday ride was greetd with a little sprinkle and nice cool weather, clean air and nice ride!
